Step 1
To begin, you will slide in only the tip of your penis, nine times. After those shallow 9 strokes, enter your entire penis fully. That completes one set of ten strokes. These 9 shallow thrusts are slow, but not super slow. And to be perfectly clear, shallow means that you are only inserting the head of your penis and maybe a cm more. Each time you slowly slide out until the head of your penis is at the front of her inner labia (p*ssy lips). You do this with a nice smooth rhythm. There should be no stopping, just a slow, machine like motion.
Step 2
After 9 shallow thrusts, you slide in deep. However do not go hard and fast on this deep thrust, keep the SAME rhythm. The deep thrusts are best of they are long, fluid and slow.
It’s very tempting to want to go hard and fast on the deep thrusts, but resist that urge. That’s where the magic is at.
Women enjoy a continuous rhythm, especially in the early parts of arousal and penetration. Let her tell you how deep she wants to feel you.
Its okay to break the rhythm every now and then, but with this technique, you are breaking the rhythm with the depths of your insertion.
Step 3
Next you decrease the number of shallow strokes by one, and increase the number of deep strokes by one, and continue doing so for a total of nine sets. The full pattern looks like this:
9 shallow and 1 deep thrust. 8 shallow and 2 deep thrusts. 7 shallow and 3 deep thrusts.
6 shallow and 4 deep thrusts. 5 shallow and 5 deep thrusts. 4 shallow and 6 deep thrusts. 3 shallow and 7 deep thrusts. 2 shallow and 8 deep thrusts. 1 shallow and 9 deep thrusts.
From personal experience I know that a lot of couples prefer slower entries and quicker departures.
Step 4
At the same time, most women love to have their clitoris played with. You can do it or she can do it. Be playful, get to know her or let her guide you with what she enjoys.
I also want to mention that this pattern is a guide not a fixed rule. I don’t want you to get caught up on textbook definitions and techniques.
This is play time.
You can break it up however it feels good. Instead of only shallow and deep, you can also add a mid thrust. Make your thrusting skills artful, be creative.
The whole technique is around a total of ninety strokes. And let me tell you, no matter how you spread out the area of stimulation, this can be a lot for many men. If you finish the whole set without having an orgasm, feel free to do it all over again.

The woman is lying on her back at the edge of the bed and the man is standing on the floor, facing her.
It is best if pillows surround her so she can rest her legs in the butterfly position. The man can also hold her ankles while he’s making love to her, but he has to commit to holding them tightly so she doesn’t have to worry about them. She needs to be able to completely surrender to the sensation.
I personally enjoy this method in the infamous Missionary position.
Play around and see what feels best for you and your partner. You can also switch position during the set.
Everything and anything is possible.
When to use the Magic Thrust Method?

One main rule of thumb: If you truly want to be a lover she never forgets, only enter her once she is fully aroused.
Signs that a woman is fully aroused are…
- When she is wet from her bodies own sexual lubrication (not lube)
- When she “pulls” you in or asks for it
- When she breathes faster and heavier
- When her cheeks are rose colored
- When she moans (not fake moaning, real moaning)
- When she sweats slightly all over her body
If you are unsure whether to enter her or not you can ask her. (“Do you want to feel me inside of you or should we play a bit more”) The question itself can be very arousing. There is no need to be shy.
Note: The signs of arousal for each woman vary. Take the effort to get to know your woman.
